Do you handle both attic and crawl space rodent proofing in Poway?

Yes. AtticGuard seals and restores both spaces, the attic above the ceiling and the crawl space below the floor, because rodents and heat loss happen at both levels in a Poway home. The work finds and closes entry points along the roofline and the foundation, then cleans and re-insulates each space. Doing both in one visit keeps rodents from simply moving from one void to the other.

What does insulation and rodent proofing include?

A full job runs as a sequence: a free inspection with photos, sealing the rodent entry points, HEPA extraction of contaminated insulation, decontaminating the surfaces, and re-insulating to the right R-value, with a crawl space vapor barrier and air sealing where needed. Running those steps in order through one contractor keeps them from undoing each other. AtticGuard provides a written quote before any work begins.

Is AtticGuard an exterminator, and is the work warrantied?

AtticGuard is a licensed cleanup, exclusion, and insulation contractor, not an exterminator, so the work seals the building and restores the attic and crawl space rather than trapping or poisoning. The rodent proofing carries a three-year warranty, and the company holds CSLB license #1138505. The free inspection and written quote come first, and scheduling starts at +1 (858) 330-6197.
